March

This is the 'compost' birthday cake that Tiffany made for me.
The whole family came over to share in the cake. This chocolate cake was also full of gummy worms and leaves made from taffy, 'grass' and logs around the outside, complete with a shovel for serving.
Very kind of them.

Quinn, as always, is closely observing everything. She will not miss out. Especially in the kitchen.

Poor Chloe [Renee Myers doggie] has bad cataracts.
The eyes appear as white glass in the photo.
It would be about $5000 total to surgically treat her - you can guess whether I would fork out the 5K for this...

Logan Temple
Seen in February from the northeast. It's difficult to get a 'clean' picture because it is so closely surrounded by housing.
Of course Lori and I and the girls were sealed in this temple - 22 years ago next month.
Hard to believe that it is so long and that Grandpa Carlile has been gone for so long.
