Placer County does not allow fireworks. Lori bought these small poppers at Target. When they are thrown onto the concrete they pop. Grant liked them [almost as much as the rest of us]
Mommy is trying to bend the legs to put this little guy into the high chair - he is not interested.
Grant is playing with his favorite blue truck while Lori and Morgan play with his new HotWheels track and cars.

Partially assembled, you can see that it also has a floor. One difficulty was that the pre-existing concrete pad was not level or flat. It sloped away from the center, which meant less support for each corner.
