A frozen strawberry/yoghurt bar hits the spot.
Robert is cutting up some birthday cake. I should have taken one when he was doing BBQ, he did a delicous dinner on that. Not that the dessert wasn't great - even Gweneth enjoyed a taste...

Grandma and Liam are reading a story, he will sit and listen to them now.
Helping mom and grandma make the strawberry/yoghurt treats. And some bread with white whole wheat flour.
We had a great time.
