Eighteen groups walked. The first group was lead by Brent Webb. Of course Brent is very competitive - the sign next to him says '300 More Behind Us!' They finished a half mile or so ahead of the nearest group.
I was on medical standby for them, and shuttling leaders back to the Santa Juanita building for their cars.
